If you have a problem or an emergency, we will schedule an appointment with Dr. Fred Nichols as soon as possible. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment for another time.
Your appointment will be rescheduled if you do not have your copayment (we accept cash, checks, debit and credit cards Visa, MasterCard and Discover).
The Digichart electronic medical records system that Women's Total Health installed in 2006 allows the physicians access to your secure health care medical records. You will be required to update your medical history if you are a new patient to this office and for yearly well woman exam. Please have your username and password readily available and go to https://patientportal.digichart.com to fill out your online history.
When you visit our offices please be sure to bring your medical insurance card. A copy of your insurance card is required for EVERY visit. Please arrive approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment in order to complete this necessary paperwork.
Our office participates with most insurance companies. We also offer financial arrangements for patients who have no insurance or are covered by Medicaid. Having no health insurance does not mean having no health care. Our office also accepts major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Discover).
