We offer superior medical care in a caring, relaxed and friendly office.  Our patients are consistently seen by the same healthcare professionals, who are familiar with their medical history, providing personal and individualized care. We offer advanced gynecological procedures to treat various disorders with minimally invasive approaches, using laparoscopic and advanced techniques to shorten patient recovery times. 

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY
Our practice prides itself on our attentiveness and prompt response to patient requests. We offer the latest computer technology including electronic medical records, prescriptions, and claims submissions.  For the convenience of our patients, we offer online appointment, messaging, routine prescription refills, and online payment.  BioReference Laboratories has a phlebotomist on site in our office for the convenience of our patients. Our providers have access to vital electronic health information to support our patient's medical needs at anytime.  

APPOINTMENTS-EVENING & SATURDAY HOURS AVAILABLE
Life is stressful enough, and making an appointment should be easy!  Patients are seen by appointment only, and we make every attempt to accommodate a request.  Appointments can be made by telephone or message request via our Patient Portal Menu. If you have a medical condition that cannot wait, we will do our best to address your needs as quickly as possible.   Any patient with symptoms requiring immediate and urgent care should call 911 or go to the nearest hospital. 

PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

We kindly request that patients complete a medical history prior to a new patient visit/yearly annual exam. A user log in and password for our medical records system, will be provided by our office prior to your appointment. 

PAYMENT AT TIME OF SERVICE
An insurance card, drivers license or other photo id for identification purposes, is required at every visit. Be prepared to pay a copay at the time of visit, as mandated by your insurance carrier.  Our office accepts Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. If you do not have insurance coverage, you may still receive our healthcare services.  Having no insurance does not mean having no healthcare.   We offer a courtesy discount for patients with no insurance.  However, all payments are due at the time of visit. 

TEST RESULTS
Patients will be notified of all normal pap smear and mammography results by phone. If there is evidence of any abnormality or condition, patients are contacted to discuss a recommended follow up plan.

LAB & RADIOLOGY ORDERS
Lab or radiology forms are given to patients during an office visit.  If a replacement form is needed, a new form will be re-issued within 24 hours of a patient request, and may be picked up at our medical office. 

ROUTINE PRESCRIPTION REFILLS
You may request a refill by contacting our office via telephone during office hours.  Any message left after office hours will be checked the next business day.  Some refill requests may require an appointment or medical evaluation prior to refill.  Routine prescription refill requests are processed during office hours only.  Patient name, date of birth, medication requested, pharmacy name and telephone number are required.  Please allow 48 hours for completion of all non-urgent refill requests.
