INSPIRED HEALTHCARE

FRED M. NICHOLS, D.O. FACOG
Dr. Nichols is a Board Certified Osteopathic Physician. He started Women's Total Health, LLC in 2001 emphasizing a whole-person approach to treatment and care.  As an Osteopathic physician, he partners with his patients to help them get healthy and stay well.  He is also trained in the musculoskeletal system, which is  an interconnected system of nerves, muscles and bones.

Dr. Nichols's philosophy focuses on prevention and assessing a patient's lifestyle and environment.  Dr. Nichols fosters a relaxed environment, and encourages his patients to openly discuss any situations or problems of concern that may be affecting their health and well being. Many of his patients feel at ease discussing their concerns as a result of his open and relaxed communication style.  He understands that many patients are under stress every day, and strives to help keep his patient's truly healthy in mind, body and spirit, not just free of symptoms.
